Mango Pudding 芒果布甸

材料:
芒果5-7個 (打汁後 600g )

芒果粒  適量

淡忌廉 190g / 淡忌廉 170g + 淡奶 20g

砂糖 30-60g (以芒果甜度和喜好加減)

魚膠片 15g


做法:

1. 將芒果起肉加入砂糖,用攪拌機攪拌成果汁。

2. 預留部分芒果肉切成小粒。

3. 魚膠片以凍水浸軟,再隔熱水座溶成魚膠液。

4.  把芒果汁、芒果粒和淡忌廉攪拌均勻,再倒入魚膠液攪拌。

5. 倒入器皿,冷藏數小時凝結。
